Manage My Subscription.
To manage your subscription click here. As with most subscription box services, you will be able to cancel your subscription at any time through our secure online portal. Subscription cancellations must be made by the 10th of the month, if you cancel after the 10th, you will receive one more charge on the 11th of the month for the upcoming box and receive the box. Thereafter, your subscription will be canceled.
If you will be on vacation or want to skip a month or two or three, you can manage this option from Manage My Account.
Please note, if you did not respond to the verification email when you subscribed, you will have set up your account as a new account using the same email you used for your subscription, you will receive a validation email to confirm, after this step your account link up to your subscription, you can proceed to login so you can cancel your subscription.
