How do I manage my subscription?
At JadeCrate you can skip an order (s), switch between subscription options, or discontinue your subscription after your initial order, update payment preferences, and shipping address. Cancellations must be received by the 10th of the month. Otherwise, you will be charged one last cycle.
When you first subscribed, you received an email from sales @jadecrate.com titled "Your Recurring Order Purchase Confirmation from JadeCrate." This email contained your private link to manage your subscription. If you cannot find that email or have difficulties, email us at sales @jadecrate.com and we will forward you a direct link to your account.
How much is the subscription fee?
Your options range from $40 to $49 (USD) per month depending on if you prepay and any promotions we are running. New subscribers and referrers are eligible for special discounts through our rewards program. If you sign up for our newsletter, you also receive a discount coupon via email for your first subscription order.
How many items can I expect in each monthly box?
5-7 in the JadeCrate Boho Box and others will vary depending on if it is a gift or introductory box.
Will there be a variety of things, I am burned out on beauty products?
Yes, the standard JadeCrate Boho Box includes a variety of products in each monthly surprise box, including boho fashion accessories such as scarves, vests, jewelry, handbags. Other products throughout the year include books, journals, home decor, dishes, kitchen items, natural skin care products, organic snacks, artisan teas/beverages, and occasionally aromatherapy goods such as essential oils.
Can I cancel my subscription?
As with all subscription box services, you may cancel your subscription at any time through our secure online portal. Subscription cancellations must be made by the tenth the of the month, and if you cancel after the 10th, you will receive one more charge for the upcoming box and receive the box. After that, your subscription will be canceled. You can also skip a month if you have too much stuff.
Can I return items?
Well, it’s all about the surprise, so no. However, if you receive a damaged item in your box, please email us, including a picture of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no charge. Also, refunds are unavailable on all orders, but we do want your feedback if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Email us at email@example.com.
What is your delivery schedule?
Orders process on the last day of the month and ship out over the course of the following week, sometimes sooner. For example, if you place your order between May 1st through 31st your upcoming box is the June box, shipping out the 1st week of June. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Keep reading for cutoff times and the overall process.
Do you ship overseas?
At this time, JadeCrate ships to customers within the continental US and Puerto Rico Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and PO box addresses.
How much will shipping cost?
We offer flat rate shipping and Priority Mail within the United States and Flat Rate and Priority Mail International shipping. Flat rate is set whereas priority mail rates are based on the weight of each box. Occasionally, we do run shipping discounts, even free shipping, so watch out for those email specials.
*All timelines are subject to change, especially shipping as it is dependent upon the weather. Any other changes to dates, you will be notified via email.

Do you accept orders over the telephone?
For security purposes and per our company policy, we are unable to process orders via telephone. Thank you for the understanding.
