How many items can I expect a each gift box?

It depends on which size you select. Please reference the product page.  General, some months have larger ticket items or large bulky items; i.e. rather than sending 9 items in the premium, there could be 7 because one item is greater by price point and or size.


Is there a variety of things, I am burned out on beauty products?

Yes, our gift box lines include a variety of products in each box, including boho fashion accessories such as scarves, vests, jewelry, handbags. Various products throughout the year include books, journals, home decor, dishes, kitchen items, natural skin care products, organic snacks, artisan teas/beverages, and occasionally aromatherapy goods such as essential oils.  

If you are looking for make-up, we do not include makeup in our boxes.  If you like seaweed snacks, we don't carry those either. 


Can I return items and how do I get a refund?

We hate it when it happens, but If there is a damaged item, we will send you a replacement, at no cost to you.  If you have received a damaged item, please send a picture and brief note to us via email sales@jadecrate.com.  We do not allow for any returns or refunds, but will "WOW" you with our effort to replace any damaged items. 


What is your delivery schedule?

 

Our gift box lines ship out within 1 business day (except for days following standard US Holidays, allow for 1 extra day). 

All other items ship out within 2-5 business days and will arrive based on the shipping service you select.    


Do you ship overseas?

We currently offer to ship to locations within the continental US or APO/PO Boxes. Effective January 1, 2019, shipping exclusions include all international address as well as Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii due to increasing shipping costs.


How much will the shipping cost?

Shipping options include Priority Mail and UPS.  The price will vary each month depending on box weight, averaging 1.5 up to 3 lbs for our small and medium boxes and upwards to 5 lbs for the large gift boxes.  Our inventory changes frequently, as does the box size and weight.

*All timelines are subject to change, especially shipping as it is dependent upon the weather. Any other changes to dates, you will be notified via email.  


Do you accept orders over the telephone?

For security purposes and per our company policy, we are unable to process orders via telephone.  Thank you for your understanding.
