How do I manage my subscription?

At JadeCrate you can skip an order (s), switch between subscription options, or discontinue your subscription after your initial order, update payment preferences, and shipping address. Cancellations must be completed, online through your customer portal by the 10th of the month. Otherwise, you will be charged one last cycle.   As a reminder, our corporate policy is no refunds for orders placed or renewal orders.  

When you first subscribed, you received an email from sales titled "Your Recurring Order Purchase Confirmation from JadeCrate." This email contained your private link to manage your subscription.  If you cannot find that email or have difficulties, email us at sales and we will forward you a direct link to your account.   

How many items can I expect in each monthly box?

5 up to a total of 7 items are in the Original JadeCrate Boho Box. 

Is there a variety of things, I am burned out on beauty products?

Yes, the standard JadeCrate Boho Box includes a variety of products in each monthly surprise box, including boho fashion accessories such as scarves, vests, jewelry, handbags. Other products throughout the year include books, journals, home decor, dishes, kitchen items, natural skin care products, organic snacks, artisan teas/beverages, and occasionally aromatherapy goods such as essential oils.  

Can I cancel my subscription?

As with all subscription box services, you may cancel your subscription at any time through our secure online portal.  Subscription cancellations must be made by the tenth (10th) of the month. If you cancel after the 10th, you will receive one more charge for the upcoming box. We cannot refund your subscription after it renews.

Can I return items and how do I get a refund?

We hate it when it happens, but If there is a damaged item, we will send you a replacement.  If you have received a damaged item, please send a picture and brief note to us via email sales@jadecrate.comWe do not allow for any refunds. 

What is your delivery schedule?

Orders process on the last day of the month and ship out throughout the following week, sometimes sooner. For example, if you place your order between January 1st through 31st  your upcoming box is the February box, shipping out the 1st week of February, by the 5th.  Please keep this in mind when ordering.  Keep reading for cutoff times and the overall process. 


Products other than subscriptions or gift bags and boxes ship out approximately 2 days after order receipt.  Our individual for sale products are brought in direct and fulfillment rotates every 14-days.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes via calculated rates from UPS or USPS.  There is an exception for any free shipping offers in our store, the offer applies to locations within the continental United States, including APO, and PO boxes only.  All international orders require paid shipping.  

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping options include Priority Mail and UPS.  Price will vary each month depending on box weight, averaging 3 lbs for our regular boxes and upwards to 5 lbs for the larger premium gift boxes.

*All timelines are subject to change, especially shipping as it is dependent upon the weather. Any other changes to dates, you will be notified via email.

Do you accept orders over the telephone?

For security purposes and per our company policy, we are unable to process orders via telephone.  Thank you for the understanding.
