How do I manage my subscription?
If you wish to skip an order (s), switch between subscription options, or discontinue your subscription after your initial order, cancellations must be received by the 10th of the month, otherwise, you will be charged one last cycle. Click here to manage your subscription.
How much is the subscription fee?
Your options range from $25 to $50 (USD) per month. New subscribers, referrers, are eligible for special discounts through our rewards program. Pre-paid subscriptions are discounted from 5, 10, and 15%. Coupons can be used atop the pre-paid purchase, saving you even more money.
How many items can I expect in each monthly box?
3 to 4 in the Pico Boho and 5 to 7 in the JadeCrate Boho Box all depending on the mix. Some higher scale items, especially home décor products, which are larger ticket items and only so much can fit in each box. Remember quality beats quantity.
Will there be a variety of items, I am burned out on beauty products?
Yes, the standard JadeCrate Boho Box includes a variety of products in each monthly surprise box, including boho fashion accessories such as scarves, vests, jewelry, handbags. Other products throughout the year include books, journals, home decor, natural skin care products, organic snacks, artisan teas/beverages, and occasionally aromatherapy goods such as essential oils. The Pico Box, for the most part, leans more toward jewelry, accessories and smaller items, not to spoil the surprise. The Pico Box is 6 x 6 x 2 inches, whereas the standard box is 10 x 8 x 4 inches.
Can I cancel my subscription?
As with all subscription box services, you may cancel your subscription at any time through our secure online portal. Subscription cancellations must be made by the 10 the of the month, if you cancel after the 10th, you will receive one more charge for the upcoming box and receive the box. Thereafter, your subscription will be canceled. You can also skip a month if you have too much stuff.
Can I return items?
Well, it’s all about the surprise, so no. However, if you receive a damaged item in your box, please email us, including a picture of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no charge. Also, refunds are unavailable on all orders, but we do want your feedback if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Email us at email@example.com.
What is your delivery schedule?
Orders process on the last day of the month and ship out over the course of the following week, sometimes sooner. Keep reading for cutoff times and the overall process.
Do you ship overseas?
At this time, JadeCrate only ships to customers within the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska and APO and PO box addresses.
How much will shipping cost?
Standard shipping is based on the weight of each box and where it is shipping to. Shipping rates will vary as our box weights do each month. Some months, orders can be well over 3 pounds due to awesome content, the average weight is between 1.5 to 2.5 pounds. Occasionally, we do run shipping discounts, even free shipping, so watch out for those email specials.
