We are human; we are burdened, sometimes with things limiting us from moving forward and bogging us down. Some things, we have to accept, they are what they are. Take one burden you do have, write it down, physically say I am letting it go, and toss the paper into the trash. You can affirm, the burden may still be there, but it’s no longer stopping you from being content.
